I have been servicing my printer for more than 4 years but up to today its performance is still above the best. One of the best advantages of having an all in printer is that it economizes ink. You have to buy a toner that will be used for printing and photocopying. Unlike the other separate printers where you will be forced to buy ink for your printer and ink for the photocopying machine. In short an all in one printer remains cheaper compared to separate office machines.

Any advantage must come with disadvantage. One of the highest is that when one part of this a machine develops a defect, the whole machine tends to breakdown. For example, if the ink is used up, you will not print, neither photocopy.

Some printer technicians are not used to all in one printer, so in times of repair, they are at times spoiled and any spoil made to the scanner can as well affect the printer, the same to a fax. Therefore, care should be taken to choose the technician in time of machine failure. In conclusion therefore, if time to buy a printer comes one should not hesitate to think of an all in one printer. This is because the advantages of such printers out competes the disadvantages.
